In their words.

The work is meant to be quiet, so the loudest thing about it should be the people who live with the results. Everything below is published exactly as it was written, with a first name and a village, and nothing has been tidied up to read better.

An honest note

This page is deliberately new

Prana is a young business, and there is a strong temptation at this stage to pad a page like this with things that sound like reviews but are not. Plenty of trades do it, and it is always obvious.

So here is the arrangement instead. After every job, customers are asked one question: would you be willing to write a sentence about the work? Whatever comes back gets published here, unedited, and if a critical one arrives, that goes up too. A page of nothing but praise tells you only that somebody curated it.

If you would like to speak to a recent customer before committing to anything substantial, ask. Several have offered, and an unscripted phone call is worth more than any wall of five stars.

What customers say

Recent words

Collected after completion, published as written.

Your first review will appear here, in the customer's own words, with a first name and village beneath it.

Awaiting first review

The strongest reviews mention something specific: the tidiness, the price holding, the thing you noticed that nobody asked about.

Care plan customers tend to describe the feeling rather than the job: that the house simply feels looked after.

Where else to look

Reviews we do not control

Testimonials on a company's own website are chosen by the company, which is worth remembering whoever you are reading. Independent reviews are harder to curate and therefore worth more.

Our Google Business Profile carries reviews left directly by customers, where we cannot edit or remove them. If you would rather judge us there, please do; it is the same work either way.

Recently had work done?

One sentence is plenty, and it genuinely helps a young business more than you would think.
