What we collect, and why

If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form, we receive what you send us: typically your name, contact details, where your home is, and a description of the work, sometimes with photos. We use this solely to respond to you, quote for work, carry it out, and keep sensible records of jobs done, including our guarantee to you.

The enquiry form

Our website form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, which processes your submission for that purpose only. The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

No third parties watching

Our typefaces are served from our own site rather than from Google or anyone else, so loading a page here tells no third party anything about you. Apart from the enquiry form described above, nothing on this website contacts another company on your behalf.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep correspondence, quotes and job records for as long as they remain useful for the guarantee and for our legal and accounting obligations, typically six years, and then delete them. Photos of your home are used only for quoting and doing the work, and are never published anywhere without your explicit agreement.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We do not send marketing emails at all: if you hear from us, it is about your enquiry, your job or your care plan. Where a job involves one of our trusted specialists, we share only what they need to do the work, with your knowledge.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
